I Bought a Sony a330

I love taking pictures ever since I was a child. This passion started when my aunt bought a film SLR camera. Film makes each shot as precious as gold. Film cameras make me feel frustrated because I want to take photos of one scene several times but I can’t because I only have 36 and that number doesn’t even include the exposed ones. My passion for photography receded because of this reason.

The invention of digital cameras, then later the digital SLR’s, made me feel excited. First, I bought a cheap digital camera and then a cell phone with built-in camera. The output photos of these gadgets looks nice but I know best quality can be delivered through creativity and better technology. I bought another digital camera in CDr-King, this time a cheap one with a macro shot capability. The shots produced by this camera are way better than my old picture-taking gadgets.

The moment I got a job, I was already planning to buy a digital SLR camera. I canvassed DSLR’s at eBay and read reviews of cameras so that I can decide what brand and model to buy. Of course, like any other beginner photographer out there, price plays a very vital role in my decision. Finally, I decided to buy the Sony a330 digital SLR because almost all of the reviews I read said that it is the best camera for beginners. This camera has a cheap version, the Sony a230 but this camera doesn’t have a live view. Besides, Sony a330’s LCD screen tilts at a certain angle. This camera has also a very quick autofocus in live view mode and when I say “quick”, it’s extremely fast. So far, the photos I’ve taken using this camera are breathtaking.

The reviews I’ve read were right, it’s really recommended for beginners even for children who have interest in digital photography. Feel free to comment and suggest to the photos I’ve taken.
